Understand You and Your Needs

Building a strong relationship and reviewing your existing resources and processes, we conduct a baseline analysis to construct a clear picture of your current practices.

Plan Design and Development

Partnering with your team, your HR and Learning Development teams, we co-create a customised leadership plan that seamlessly integrates technical and management expertise with essential leadership competencies. Our approach includes developing robust evaluation methods to measure impact, ensuring that the training is not only effective but also aligned with your organisation’s strategic goals.

Delivery of Training

Using tools like MasterMind, for peer learning, and Hogan assessments, for deeper insights, we implement our training, providing coaching and feedback for continuous improvement, followed by evaluation methods, like the Kirkpatrick Model, to measure our impact at four levels.

Coaching and Impact

After our training, we offer up to six months of focused individual coaching, to solidify that learning and enhance leadership behaviours, and conduct follow-up assessments to track progress and highlight changes.

Sharing Results

We review and discuss our evaluation findings with your team to ensure the insights lead to further improvements and transformation.
