re-supplying the services, or
paying the cost of having the services supplied again.

Provision of Services
Elevate-CLE provides professional coaching, training, and consulting services. Services are delivered following receipt of payment and according to the terms agreed upon in your service agreement or invoice. If you experience any issues, please contact us promptly so we can assist you.
Refunds
Elevate-CLE handles refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Because our services are customised and delivered under specific agreements, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Client cancellation: Refunds for cancellations will follow the terms set out in your service agreement or booking conditions.
Service dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with a service, please get in touch with us immediately. We will review your concern and may offer a partial refund, service credit, or adjustment at our discretion.
All refunds, where applicable, are processed using the same payment method originally used.
